What our clients are saying
"I walked into Camac Street on a whim and walked out with the ring I'd been picturing for years. The price breakdown sealed it — I knew exactly what I was paying for."
"Customer service that felt like couture, at a price that didn't. They re-sized my mother's anniversary band twice, free, with a smile both times."
"The bespoke team turned my grandmother's sketch into a ring my wife now refuses to take off. Four weeks, on time, on budget."

Write to the atelier →How long does a bespoke piece take?
Most commissions are delivered between four and eight weeks from approval. Simpler pieces — solitaires, wedding bands — sit at the earlier end. Family resets and complex statement pieces sit at the later end. Rush timelines are sometimes possible; please ask.
Can I see the design before approving?
Always. After the discovery call we share hand sketches first, then a photoreal render of the chosen direction. You see the piece on a virtual hand, in light, before any deposit is paid. Revisions to the render are unlimited and never billed.
What if the final piece doesn't feel right?
Within seven days of delivery, we offer a single full revision at our cost — re-setting a stone, adjusting a profile, refining a finish. Beyond that, lifetime resizing and polishing remain on the house. Outright returns are case-by-case; we've never had a piece returned in five years, and we'd rather make it right than send you away.
Do you accept inherited stones or family gold?
Yes — this is some of our most meaningful work. We test, document, and weigh every stone and metal you provide before remaking. You receive a written provenance certificate that travels with the piece, so its story is never lost.
How does the deposit work?
Fifty percent on render approval, fifty percent on completion. No deposit is taken at the discovery call or sketching stage. Deposits are fully refundable for seven days after payment, in case you change your mind.
Is bespoke more expensive than the collection?
Often less, surprisingly. Because we cut out finished inventory and retail markup, a bespoke solitaire in the same specification typically lands ten to twenty percent below an equivalent off-the-shelf piece. The premium, when there is one, comes from time — not margin.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Our flagship at 24 Camac Street, Kolkata, is open by appointment Monday through Saturday. Discovery calls there are unhurried — usually around ninety minutes — and include tea. If you can't travel, we conduct full consultations over private video link with a physical sample kit shipped to you in advance.
Does the 70% buyback promise apply to bespoke?
Yes — and it is the same terms as our collection. Any time after delivery, you may return the piece for seventy percent of the original invoice value as credit toward a new commission. No depreciation clauses. No time limits.
