Exchange/Buyback Policy

We offer a life-time exchange & buyback policy for products sold only within India, subject to approval by our Quality Assurance Department, which will ensure the product is free from damage, wear, alteration, or re-sizing. The decision made by the Quality Assurance team will be final and binding for any exchange or buyback request.

For life-time exchange or buyback, the following documents and conditions are required:

  • Original product

  • Original or copy of invoice

  • Product certificate (if any)

  • Valid government-issued ID of the person making the request

  • Warranty card

The product must be packed securely in bubble wrap, a small box, or a padded envelope to prevent damage during shipping.

Products for exchange or buyback must be shipped using our authorized shipping partners only.

Lifetime Exchange scheme terms:

  • Exchange is offered for 100% of the sale price of the product, which can be used towards a new purchase of equal value.

  • The exchanged product must be accompanied by the original certificate, invoice, and warranty card.

  • No money will be refunded for exchange; only products of equal value will be provided.

  • Exchange is not available for products sold outside India.

  • The product will be subject to a quality check upon receipt..

  • The new product will be shipped within 21 business days of receiving the exchanged item.

  • If the exchanged product has a higher value, the customer will need to pay the difference.

Lifetime Buyback scheme terms:

  • The buyback scheme allows customers to return the product for a refund calculated as follows:

    • 100% of the market price of gold or other metals used

    • 80% of the market price of the lab-grown diamonds used

  • Any discounts applied during the original purchase will be deducted from the diamond value.

  • No deductions will be made for labour or certification fees.

  • Applied taxes at the time of purchase will be excluded from the refund.

  • Buyback is not available for products sold outside India.

  • Payments for the buyback will be made via RTGS or NEFT to the person named in the invoice, with a valid government photo ID and certificate of the goods.

  • Refunds will be processed within 21 business days of receiving the product
