It is your responsibility to keep your password secure and refrain from sharing it with others. By placing an Order through the Website, you confirm that you are legally authorized to enter into binding contracts.

Product Availability and Stock Information

Zorii offers high-quality merchandise, but product availability may change from time to time. Some featured items may be available in limited quantities or only while supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will make efforts to promptly remove it from the display. However, the appearance of an item on the Website does not guarantee its availability.

All Products showcased on the Website are custom-made based on your selections, such as stone size, stone quality, and metal. If you are unable to find a specific item that interested you during a previous visit or have any questions about the availability of a product, please reach out to our Customer Service Team.

Product Representation

Zorii strives to display its merchandise as accurately as possible. However, factors such as your screen/device resolution and display settings may affect how the product appears. Each product photograph is taken individually, and items are not shown relative to one another in size. The packaging of the product may also differ from what is depicted on the Website.

If you are dissatisfied with a purchased item, you can exchange it or return it to us.

These prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Our pricing is based on the current rates of precious metals and gemstones to ensure you receive the best value. As the prices of these materials fluctuate, the pricing may be updated accordingly.

All products on Zorii are made-to-order. While we ensure that the final products match the website description, there may be slight variations in the metal weight. In cases where the difference exceeds Rs.500, the adjustment will be either charged or refunded accordingly.

The prices displayed on our Site are inclusive of taxes and GST. In the event of incorrect pricing on the Site due to typographical errors, Zorii reserves the right to modify or cancel orders, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or delivery date notification, before informing the customer of the error.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us at (+91)-8981584400 with your order number. We will do our best to prevent the order from being processed. However, please note that our fulfillment system is designed to ship orders quickly and efficiently, which means that once an order has entered the shipping process, it may not be possible to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, cancellations will not be possible. In such cases, you can request the delivery personnel to return the package upon arrival.

PAN Card Requirement

In accordance with the current RBI guidelines set by the Government of India, you are required to provide your Permanent Account Number (PAN) for any purchase of INR 2 lakh or more.

Resize and Repair Policy

Zorii provides resizing and repair services. If you request a repair or resizing within 15 days of delivery, we will arrange a return pick-up for your jewelry. Zorii offers free lifetime ring resizing services, with no labor charges.

Repair services, excluding those covered under Zorii's Warranty Policy, may incur charges.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of the delivery date. We offer FREE return shipping on all orders. Please note that engraved and customized jewelry pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

We fully support the Kimberley Process, which is an international initiative that tracks the journey of diamonds from the mine to the market. Zorii exclusively sources diamonds from well-established and legitimate suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process requirements. This process works in collaboration with the diamond industry, governments, and non-governmental organizations to ensure the prevention of the trade in illegal diamonds. Liability

Force Majeure

Zorii will not be held liable for any delay, hindrance, restriction, or failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms, nor for any loss or damage caused, if such delay or non-performance is due to circumstances beyond our control. Zorii reserves the right to deny You access to the Site at any time, immediately, and without notice, if You fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, at Zorii's sole discretion. Indemnification
