Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of shipping invoice for eligible products. Upon return, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Be returned in its original packaging, in sellable condition, with no scratches, wear, damage, or alterations.

Include certificate(s) (if applicable).

Provide the invoice copy.

Include the warranty card (if applicable).
Refund Amount:
The refund will be 100% of the original amount paid. If any promotional discount, coupon, or offer was applied at the time of purchase, the refund will be adjusted accordingly, and the equivalent amount of the discount will be deducted.
Refund Process:

The refund will be processed within 21 business days after we receive the returned product.

If you paid via online methods like debit/credit card or net banking, the refund will be issued via a reversal of the original transaction.
Shipping Charge for Returns:
No shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns under this policy.

This return policy applies only to available jewellery, not to customised jewellery.

Call customer care to confirm that the package is ready and complete with all required documents for re-shipment.
